Do you have some extra time on your hands and enjoy being around others in a busy environment or working independently on home-based projects? Are you easily motivated, proactive, helpful and friendly? We welcome you to join our evergrowing community of family and friends.

DUE DATE:
Applications are due before June 15, 2018, but may be extended, if needed.

HOURS: Setup time starts at 9am. Breakdown time is allowed at 4:30pm to be completely vacated by 6pm.

DUTIES: Most help is needed during the event to help set up Vendor spaces and check-in Vendors, set up, break down, and work in Entertainer’s dressing area, Kids Zone and Event booth Areas, assemble and delivery of lunch boxes for Entertainers and other invitees, sell drinks, raffle tickets and event merchandise, custodial work recycling all trash, final clean up, and other work that may be needed.
AREA DUTIES
Set up • Set up any area beginning at 9am
• Display signage beginning at 9am
Breakdown • Clean up and break down any area beginning at 4:30pm
• Retrieve signage beginning at 5pm
• Waste Management beginning at 4:30pm
• Clean up/Inspection walkthrough from 5pm to 6pm
Event Booth • Set up, display and maintain merchandise, drinks, and raffle items beginning at 9am
• Sell merchandise, snacks, drinks, and raffle items from 11am to 4:30pm
• Assemble, distribute and deliver boxed lunches from 10am to 3pm
• Check in Entertainers and Public Health Inspector from 9am to 11am
• Provide information to visitors from 10am to 5pm
Stage • Set up and decorate stage area from 9am to 11am
• Setup Entertainer’s dressing area from 9am to 11am
• Liaison between Entertainers, MC and P/A Technician from 9am to 4:30pm
Vendors • Section and mark off Vendor Spaces beginning at 9am
• Check in Vendors and direct them to their space beginning at 9am
• Collect and record raffle items from Vendors and give to MC beginning at 9am
Kids Zone/Crafts Area • Set up and maintain areas from 9am to 4:30pm
• Unpack and distribute craft supplies, games and prizes beginning at 9am
• Assist public with crafts and games from 11am to 4:30pm
• Maintain and manage prizes from 11am to 4:30pm
• Collect and pack craft supplies, games and prizes beginning at 4:30pm
• Breakdown beginning at 4:30pm
Waste Management • Maintenance of waste and recycling bins from 11am to 6pm
• Separate all recycled, compost  and trash materials from 11am to 6pm

June 23, 2018 - 11am to 5pm in San Francisco, California
UNIFORM: The only requirement is to wear and display our Souvenir T-shirt and ID while working at the event. However, comfortable clothing and island-style attire are recommended.

PARKING: ALL DAY FREE PARKING is available anywhere in or out of the parking lot and surrounding area. Be careful to read street signs for restricted hours.

MEALS: FREE lunch and snacks will be provided.
